Thank you for supporting my small art business! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Artwork

All custom artwork is handmade and created specifically for you. Because each piece is an original work of art, there may be small differences in color, texture, and appearance from digital images or reference photos.

Please provide clear photos, instructions, and any important details when placing your order. I will use the information you provide to create your piece as accurately as possible.

No AI-Generated Artwork

I do not use AI-generated artwork to create your custom piece. Your artwork is personally created by me.

Changes & Revisions

Please make sure your requests and instructions are complete before I begin your artwork.

Changes requested after the artwork has been completed may require an additional fee depending on the amount of work needed.

I do not offer rushed orders. Each piece takes the time needed to create it properly.

Payment

Payment is required before work begins on a custom order. By purchasing a custom piece, you agree to the price and terms listed for that order.

Artwork Ownership, Copyright & Authenticity

Each original artwork is personally created and documented by me as the original artist. My signature must remain on the artwork and may not be erased, covered, altered, or replaced with another person's name or signature.

Customers may not claim the artwork as their own creation or represent themselves as the artist.

Each original piece is documented under my name and may be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity identifying me as the original artist. The purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright, authorship, or reproduction rights to the buyer.

The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, altered for the purpose of claiming authorship, or commercially represented as someone else's work without my written permission.

If an artwork is found to be improperly altered, falsely represented, or remarketed in a way that misrepresents the original artist or authorship, I reserve the right to request its removal from the platform or marketplace where it is being offered and to pursue any other rights or remedies available to me.

Customer-Provided Images

By submitting photographs or other reference materials, you confirm that you have permission to provide those materials for use in creating your commissioned artwork. I am not responsible for copyright issues involving images provided by customers.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

I reserve the right to photograph and use completed artwork for my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. I reserve the right to update these terms when necessary.
