Orders, Shipping & Refunds

Thank you so much for supporting my art business! Each order is carefully made and prepared by me, so please take a moment to read the following information before placing your order.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my products, refunds and returns are not accepted. Each item is made to be sold specifically through the shop.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me by email as soon as possible so I can review the situation and help where I can.

Original Artwork & AI Policy

All artwork in my shop is 100% created by me. No AI is used at any point in my artwork or design process. I do not support AI-generated art, and I do not accept AI-generated artwork, designs, or submissions at all. By purchasing from my shop, you are supporting original, artist made work.

Print Policy

Please keep in mind that some prints may have slight color differences from the original artwork. Each print is edited to keep the colors vibrant while staying true to the original piece. All prints are personally signed by me. Please note that prints do not come framed. Frames are not included with your purchase.

Shipping

Regular orders will be shipped by the end of the week in which your order was placed. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require additional time because each piece is created specifically for you. Please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for custom orders, depending on the size, design, and details requested.

Custom orders are completed in the order they are received. If other customers have placed requests before you, I will let you know where you are in the order queue and provide updates as needed.

A Little Patience Goes a Long Way

I am a one-person business, and I personally create and handle every order. Your patience, understanding, and kindness mean so much to me while I work to make each creation with care.

Thank you again for supporting my business and for giving me the time needed to create something special just for you!
